Project Description: Conducted a Phase 1 Evironmental Site Assesment (ESA). Developed a class “C” estimate. Designed and supervised roadway, lot drainage and landscaping construction for the site. Lot design including approach, housing, septic system, well location and geothermal. Designed 11 stick build houses including foundation design
